Day 53 | The Bettoni
Because my father spends a lot of time in Italy and wants to keep his cycling up, he opted to get a second bike which stays in Italy. This saves a lot of trouble and traveling. Now they can just hop on a plane and go.
Day 46 | Gerrit-Jan
Gerrit-Jan is one of the racecar drivers who was driving at the Open Drift Championship. I noticed his car yesterday suring the training. My first car was Opel Rekord Staton wagon which has given me some fond memories.
Day 43 | Fred
Today I was assisting my aunt Patricia Steur on a shoot in Scheveningen. I met a lot of nice people there freezing on the beach creating fantastic portraits. You can see one photo here. One of the people was Fred. Yesterday I had an idea who to photograph for the Dailyclick, but after meeting Fred and talking to him for a little bit I changed my mind.
Day 40 | Mark
Mark is one of the best surfers in Holland. At least I think so. He has this very powerful fluent style, is good on a longboard, shortboard and probably any board you put him on.
Day 38 | Growing
Since 2 weeks we’re growing our own vegetables in the yard, and it’s beginning to come alive! It’s going to be great eating food grown in our own yard!! I thought about it and wanted to shoot a close up of one of the seeds just breaking the surface. I wanted to shoot low into the setting sun, and get that backlight effect.

I didn’t spend a lot of time outside and didn’t see many people. So at the end of the day I still had to make a picture.
